Refund Policy

Digital goods

Everything AnonMav sells is a digital download you get right after paying. Because the file can't be returned, sales are generally final.

When we will refund

• The download didn't work and we can't fix it for you.
• You were charged twice for the same thing.
• The file is clearly not what the product page described.

Email us within 14 days of purchase with the email you used at checkout, and we'll sort it out. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days.

What isn't covered

Trading results. The products are research and education, not a promise of any outcome, so a losing trade is not grounds for a refund.
